I’m Jasmine Swier, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with nearly a decade of experience. I’m also a mom of two, so I understand the challenges of nourishing yourself and your family while juggling the demands of everyday life. My approach to nutrition is practical and judgment-free, helping you build habits that fit into real life, not just an ideal scenario.

But what I do goes beyond just food. Nutrition is only one piece of the puzzle when it comes to feeling your best. I provide holistic lifestyle coaching that includes guidance on nervous system regulation, building community, and finding ways to support your overall well-being. The way we eat is deeply connected to how we feel, how we move through stress, and the support systems we have in place. I help my clients not just with what’s on their plates but also with realistic strategies to feel more balanced, resilient, and connected.

My passion for motherhood nutrition comes from both my personal experience and the many women I have worked with over the years. Pregnancy, postpartum, and raising little ones bring so many changes physically, emotionally, and nutritionally. I believe that food should nourish and support you, not add stress to your plate. My goal is to walk alongside you as a collaborator, problem-solving together to find solutions that truly fit your lifestyle. I practice what I teach, and I know firsthand that nutrition isn’t about perfection. It’s about making choices that feel good and are sustainable.

I specialize in fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, gestational diabetes, and pediatric nutrition, along with PCOS and diabetes management across all ages. Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, navigating postpartum, or trying to nourish your growing family, I am here to provide realistic, evidence-based guidance tailored to you.

I earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona and my Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama. Before starting my private practice, I spent three years in Zambia with the Peace Corps focusing on maternal and child health. That experience deepened my understanding of how nutrition impacts every stage of life and reinforced my commitment to helping families build lasting, healthy relationships with food.

Nutrition isn’t about strict rules or one-size-fits-all plans. It’s about finding what works for you. My approach is all about collaboration. I listen, adapt, and help you create a path to feeling your best in a way that fits your unique needs.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me spending time with my family, exploring yard sales and thrift stores, or adding to my collection of Pokémon and sports cards. I love trying new foods and sharing laughs with my mom friends because I know that feeling connected and supported is just as important as what’s on our plates.

If you’re looking for a nutrition partner who understands the realities of motherhood and wants to help you feel your best in every aspect of your life, I’d love to work together. Let’s figure this out in a way that makes sense for you.
